Because the kick can be done in neutral and tiandi's is only in chains after heavy or zone. Its important for neutral options to be punishable otherwise you get characters like Shinobi that are overpowered as hell.
@@danbluntman I mean balancing is not consistent anyway, they took away Lawbringer's impale on heavy parry but then give it to Warmonger in the form of bleed damage while already having more than enough tools to be good. Its obvious Ubi just wants some heros to be stronger than others which makes sense since Warmonger is her own DLC and not in a pack.
