Life-Stack Flame-Link + Pyroclast Mine 2x Dancing Dervish = 6000 base fire damage. 1.5 aps = 9000 base fire dps. This is definitely going to be my 2nd build of the league.
lowkey one of the most fun skills to use when doing party play. Self-sustaining for damage when you're playing solo, but able to absolutely delete bosses when playing with friends so long as they're doing a hit based build. My friends and I take a couple hours each league to run blight maps together and some of those T16 boss monsters that pop out are ridiculously tanky. But not when faced with a paradoxica flicker strike chad with mine support.
Pyroclast Mine of Sabotage does look pretty great, although personally I'm still more interested in seeing if Stormblast Mine also get a Sabotage version, since it's aura is generic damage taken that works with non-ailment dots as well. It would be like having a stronger wither for non-chaos builds.
Probably just in totem/brand/minion build. Because they continue dealing damage whilst you pelt the enemy with mines. It will take so much time to throw all those mines. Also can you imagine you throw all those mines down and then the enemy moves? You have to stop attacking again and start over. Because rares and bosses do move quite often.
Oppotunity cost is rather high, and even if you invest in a lot of RMR, 18 mines (ofc you minefield it) will still take 300ish mana. it's gonna affect whatever your aura setup is. However, with warlock, you are bloodmagic and prbly life stacking, with 50% RMR given easily, that amount of life is rather free
I wonder if we can use this with elemental SRS build. After summoning the SRS, we will throw one mine at a time just to make the SRS deal more fire dmg to the boss. Because we will have a little bit down time during each SRS 'unleash' summon anyway. The new trans SRS seems to work well with this tech too. Thanks for the idea.
BM blazing salvo inquisitor able to use some of this tech? Or would it be too clunky? The "mana" issue is not longer an issue with like 7000 life regen.
How long do these last? It doesn't say on the gem like other mines say. Does that mean it's indefinitely? Seems very strong with totems/ballistas/minions for single target.
It's 5 seconds base, its on the gem info and it's not scaled by regular skill effect duration. You need to get mine duration (eg: from Destructive Apparatus on the tree) to extend that.
I presume the 'added damage' is added before all multipliers? Otherwise this might seem a bit weak. I was thinking this might be good as a utility skill on a permanent minion build.
Is it possible to trigger these mines? It has spell tag, and some trigger gem like cwdt do not support skill that has a reservation, but i found some unique like Kitava's thirst to have 50% chance to trigger socketed spell on spending 100 mana on upfront cost, not sure if it can trigger this or not. It it can, then ill probably use some manaforged arrow in a mana build to trigger everything
I REALLY dislike this. The added damage is so high it feels mandatory for any ignite build on single-target. You preload some mines, or throw some down after your first Ignite to bolster the 2nd.
@@Koree_You... might need to learn how Ignite damage is calculated. It's based on the base Fire Damage of the hit; before any modifiers to the hit damage [increased/more/resistances ect]. The aura of Pyroclast Mine increases Ignite damage because it increases the flat; base Fire damage of the hit. This is why Anger increases Ignite damage. Or why Added Fire Damage is not a Flat amount. If you hit an already burning enemy with Immolate Support; you will deal a bigger Ignite than without.
@@raikaria3090 this is incorrect the wording on pyroclast mine states "damage to hits" you are correct that ailments are based off of the base damage but this is untrue if it specifically states "hits" in the wording. Because immolate doesn't state "hits" the base fire damage works for ignite. Pyroclast mines states "hits against enemies" not "damage against enemies"
@@Koree_ From the wiki itself: The burning damage over time is 90% of the base damage of the hit of fire damage (before increased and more multipliers and resistance calculations), per second. Pyroclast's aura is a debuff which adds base hit damage. Ignote is based off the base *hit* damage. That's why if something is meant to scale with hits only it uses something like "x% increased/more damage with hits" and if it's ailment only it's "x% more with ailments." Because *flat* hit damage scales both. See also: Added Chaos Damage boosts Poison.
I wonder how to make the best pasta that doesnt stick to each other, do you guys use some special technique or why does my pasta always stick and looks like a big blob?
Good god. Sirgog dropping banger videos again. keep up the good work. I enjoy your content.

You can also attach it to arrogance if you don't mind reserving ~10% of your life
Blood Magic LOGIN
And that also gives it more aura effect anyway.
@@ThanhLai5exactly what I'm doing
I mean, just Diadem is a good option. +1 level, some reservation efficiency, and veiled mod for mine throwing speed

I really hope I can get my hands on this. It's perfect for patching up the single target weakness in my BV build

That I agree is an issue on highly mobile bosses like Chayula.

Aura eff means you need less mines to hit cap

I think Saboteur might be the best SRS ascendancy at start now
@@sirgog That's a bold claim but I'll give it a seriously look. Thanks
if you hate life then you can easily put this into every build sure.
When you ask for a number, i was thinking 500-1000. Very close haha.
you can also do prism guardian with enhance and minefield to reserve it on your life
For everyone who's just found out about this mechanic from this video I have the following advice. Don't use it with summon skitterbots!
Should be crazy on explosive trap bosser. Spend 1 sec to setup then nuke em
Some Wolfio tech right here. All this hustle might be worth it sometimes but come on ain't nobody got APM, gem sockets and time for that
I figure it replaces all your damage auras and ... basically everything else you put into damage.
This seem interesting with Minion Instability

I think this interaction with minions is the strongest either that or prestacking for ignite.

It's not indefinite but generally it's "long enough"

Throw in a devouring diadem
Why do you need to do fire damage already? I'm probably missing something. It seems it says it adds xx-xx fire damage?
Ohh...additional?!
i would use anger if it had 20% more elemental damage like other elemental auras
good for zoo summoners or too many buttons XD
I presume the 'added damage' is added before all multipliers? Otherwise this might seem a bit weak. I was thinking this might be good as a utility skill on a permanent minion build.
Yes, added flat damage adds to the base damage of your skills.
does this work with all damage can poison tincture
?
? Why not. Tincture only applies to attack skills though
Oh, the damage might apply only to the hit portion of the damage, so it might not work for poison

Can't trigger mines
CoC pyrocast mine? ahahahaha
Wow, this seems ... awful, extremely powerful but awful.

It doesn't work for ignite, Read Immolate support gem. And then read this new gem. This gem only works with HITS.

Stir occasionally, use more water.
Season the water with salt, add a little olive oil before boiling if it's really clumping 👨🏻🍳
