I watched a lot of these videos about ex special forces guys, what I’ve gathered is they are so focused on no bullshit and straight to the point, I think we’re all capable of reaching that mindset and we would all benefit from it
Thanks for speaking about your experience. My grandson is special forces. Hes there now my daughter is out of her mind over it. His wife and baby are without him. I m proud of him. He is a man. He is doing what he believes in. I believe in it. My heart breaks for his wife and mother. I was a young wife married for 30 days before my husband left for basic at Ft Leonard Wood in Mo. It was 1966 a wartime marriage. I was not pregnant. He wanted to marry before he left. I know how you must have struggled when you came back. My husband was literally not the same man when he came home. When we saw his friends later they had boxes of souvenirs. I hope if he makes it it won't be that hard for him.
You'll watch an entire Netflix show even when the first episodes are slow and boring just because someone told you "it gets better." *But what if you looked at your goals like that and watched your life get better instead?*
Think this decompression idea is great idea,should be extended to rank and file as well. going from a super regulated life where you're being trained and awarded for aggression and encouraged to be competitive into the daily pace of civilian life might be why so many guys end up in jail's.
