Kate,I can't thank you enough for helping me to get my 3- year old niece to sleep; she is staying with us this week and has been struggling to fall asleep. After listening to just 5 minutes of your soothing voice whispering; she is sound asleep!😴💕 Thank you again ❤️!
I remember a couple days before my spinal fusion I was terrified too and spent nights searching #spinalfusion on Instagram just to see what others went through post op. I actually met 2 really cool ppl and we are still friends. They were really nice and talked to me late at night about what to expect recovery wise,etc. Anyways if you need to talk let me know. If not, I wish you a speedy recovery! 💖😁

Is there a trick to making the beanies coffee? I ordered some and just mixed it with water and I was not a fan of the taste. They all tasted like weird buttery popcorn to me.
