It’s just jumbo shells like if you’re looking for it at the grocery store, it should be labeled as jumbo shells or large shells. They’re usually made for stuffed shells, you stuff them with ricotta cheese or meat if that’s your thing.
I can make this too. It's not hard to make. But as for her dish doesn't look like there's any meat in it. Just get the stuffed shells I like to make mine a taco style. I'm not a big fan of tomato sauce like that. Although alfredo is really good. Sometimes I make the stuff shells with chicken or shrimp and alfredo sauce put in the oven and top with loads of cheese put back in the oven to melt the cheese. As for my taco stuff shells which my family really loves. It's cheesy goodness. I just make my hamburger meat taco style stuff my shells with it pour a little bit of enchilada sauce over them. Put in oven then top with cheese put back in oven tell cheese melts. Then I serve that with cilantro, fresh diced tomatoes, and sour cream. It's really good. As for this lady looks like hers is made with just pasta, cheese and tomato sauce. Almost like a cheese pizza but with pasta instead. And that's also why I don't care for pizza. I just don't like the pizza sauce. Unless it's an alfredo sauce.
