Something's gotta give with the cost of these cheese rides. The kids that are actually doing the sport can't afford them. And how many dad's have that kind of cash to drop. Even if you can buy one the gas costs are awkwardly high. "Hi want to come wakeboard? Do you have gas money kid who works at Dairy Whip? It's gotten so elite there is no one left to be the market.
It's not that unreasonable to own one of these. Buy a 50-60K brand new boat, pay it off in like 4-5 years, it takes a 20-30K depreciation hit, use the 30K from selling the old boat as the downpayment for your 150-200K nautique or mastercraft, then take out a 15 year loan and pay double the monthly payment every month
