What was it like? Actually framing up your shot with the anamorphic lens? Did use the same focal length? Different focal lengths? Was it harder to frame up wide shots?
I’ve never worked with anamorphic before, but I’ve been thinking about trying it.

I only have the 50mm so that’s what I used. It’s not hard framing your shots once it’s been desqueezed & you can monitor it that way! You should definitely try it!

You mentioned that using a super35 lens would be better for the C70 than using a full frame anomorphic. Why? Trying to learn.

Because the C70 has a Super 35 Sensor. So basically when I was shooting with this 50mm anamorphic, it was really closer to a 75mm because of the crop factor on the Super 35 sensor. It’s not really a bad thing, it’s just a matter of preference.
