I have ornaments for my cat too :D And she loves playing with them. I have a pretty tiny tree though but am so blessed I have a fireplace with a mantle. Not functional fireplace, but it’s the original to the house I live in (converted to apartments) and I LOVE it. I put my little tree inside it and decorate around.
Also, I love items that have my initial and in fact, I got a trinket tray from Amazon with my initial-doesn’t make you a narcissist. It’s just more personal.
