If you actually listen to all of his advice and do it correctly you will succeed in life. I wish I did when I had the money but I thought he was doing it all just for show and it couldn't truly be real. After trying my hand at a bad small business I lost all my money and started back at square one. I'm watching more and more of his stuff and every 10 or so videos there's a random fan driving up to him in his videos at his properties saying how successful they've become with his help.
@@markm0000 Of course it's great advice to become rich, but becoming rich is not succeeding in life. In order to be a landlord like Ben, you have to have no moral compass. He openly talks about buying a property with the intent to get drug addicts and thieves living in there to drive everybody else out of the neighbourhood so he can buy those properties too. How can you hear that and think it's ok? He potentially ruined the lives of everyone who ended up having to move. He's evil, but entertaining. The truth is, there is no succeeding in life. I suppose succeeding at life, to me, would be to make a positive impact on everyone around you and hopefully to as many people as possible. Ben is the opposite of that, he doesn't care what impact he has, he just wants to make as much money as possible. You could even use his TH-cam channel as an example. A company made a "documentary" about him and uploaded it to TH-cam, it blew up. A while later, he makes a TH-cam a channel because he can see the potential earnings and how little effort he would need to make them. He literally takes gambling sponsorships in his videos. Greed, selfishness and arrogance are not positive traits.
