So much fun Molly! Suggestion: you ought to do something entirely different and visit Colonial Williamsburg. You'd get to taste all kinds of things you haven't eaten, fire a flintlock, and put your ability to stay "in character" to the test with some characters from history! (Not to mention carriage rides, crafts, shopping, and gorgeous scenery). And staying on property is a really fun experience. We were just there and I channeled you during the interactions; so thanks for the inspiration!
Fun fact about the Walk of Fame, you need to be nominated for it by fans then pay 60,000 dollars to get the star then show up to accept it with a minimum of two celebrities to induct it. So people like Bruce Springsteen, Clint Eastwood, George Clooney and a lot of big names have been asked dozens of times but they just don't care or others are just too busy.

This video is why you are seriously the GOAT of the vlogging world. Thanks for this. How do you get to Warner bros studio from Anaheim without a car? I have looked at pricey tours but they all go to stops we aren't interested in. Curious what if Uber or Lyft is an option and how pricey that would be.
That is a very long drive but we have done it in an uber. It'll likely cost around $100.

Make sure to factor in parking at places like hotels and parks -- uber still might be the better option :)

Ok the studio tour is now on my MUST DO list when I go to LA next! The voice over of you and Harry was “brilliant” (also I’m glad you didn’t have to play Ron). I too would splurge for the video on the broom because that’s not something you can do everyday!

Ive been debating doing a family travel vlog for a year or so as you inspired me to do so but I really wouldn't know where or how to start and all the information is tad overwhelming, but until I feel that courage i can happily live vicariously through your content.

You should try the animal fries at In N Out next time. The fries are topped with grilled onions, spread, and cheese. So delicious!
Have to say as a vegetarian that the grilled cheese at In N Out is fantastic and definitely worth trying with some added toppings! Also, I have so much buyers remorse for you, Molly. That purple friends hat was SO cute.
I have thoughts.....
1. Please please please watch the Alien movies (Predator too....classic). It's a travesty that you're into strong female characters & have never enjoyed Ripley #anIcon my ex & I had an AvP wall in our living room
2. When oh when are you planning a trip to the UK to cover off ALL of the irl HP stuff?
3. You can cover a LOT of GoT & Titanic stuff while you're there....allow 4-6 weeks LMAO highly recommend Adrian's tour 'The other Ser Davos' from Belfast & any HP tours in Edinburgh (& of course Leavesden Studios....its incredible)
3. I sat on a flight from Melbourne to LA in 1996. No individual TV's back then & for the entire flight they were showing Waterworld & a cheetah doco with Brooke Sheilds. Cannot believe that show still exists. Mad Max with too much water, instead of too little.
I have a friend with an apartment on the corner of Hollywood and Vine. I flew out there last year to go see the Pink Floyd Exhibit with him. I was the most touristy person to ever be a tourist during the whole visit lol.
In-n-Out is definitely overrated. But you always have to try it when in Cali!
Love the Friends portion of the tour.. when you showed Monica's shirt..I started belting out Delta Dawn. 🎶
I always watch vlogs with my coffee. Today.. it just so happened that I used my "Friends" creamer. It's mocha hazelnut. Try it if you like that sort of thing.

You made a fantastic use of your time in L.A.! Glad you got to see the Waterworld show. It's a very good show, despite the lack of pop culture footprint, and harkens back to a real old-school vibe because of all the working stuntspeople.

Omg omg omg, I got so ridiculously excited when I saw Hotel Roosevelt in the opening shop! I have such a dearly held memory of that hotel as the first vacation I took after COVID, and it's my favorite hotel ever, it is quintessential Hollywood glam, with the most perfect pool EVER. I'm so excited you stayed there too!!!

My mom is the same way, she cannot do escalators! We always take the stairs or elevator when there is an escalator.
Erm, Edward Cullen was a charactar in Twilight, Robert Pattinson played Batman, not him! Still Ed-Cul was played by R-Pats, so I guess thats ok! Love your content Molly. We are off the West Coast from the UK in August, so this vid was awesome!!
We might go to California and visit the theme parks to celebrate my sister and her childhood friend's 40th birthdays. Thanks for sharing your experience of the studios tour, it looks even cooler than I thought it would be. If we go, I will have to budget for the gift shop (Friends, Harry Potter and Gilmore Girls all in one spot - dangerous!). Watching your California videos to help with our planning.
Question - do you think two days at Universal Studios Hollywood will feel redundant? My sister feels we need two because of Nintendo World, but the park feels like it has a very limited number of attractions to visit (probably because I have the Florida comparison in my head...).
That Harry Potter stuff was SOOOOO cool. Loved seeing you fly! I was needing out with you with the Harry Potter stuff. I also wish we had gotten more Dobby in the movies, a lot of people who didn’t read the books didn’t know we saw him more.
We all know Superman’s fashion designer isn’t Edna Mode 😂😂😂 I love Game Of Thrones as well. Don’t even get me started on how much I did not like what happened to Daenerys on season 8, it was BS. It was 100% rushed. I don’t think she should’ve been a mad queen, she’s so much better than that. I loved seeing Khal give Viserys his “crown” 😂 I think I would be a Targaryen or Strak. Bran is for sure the most boring character.
LOVED this vlog! So much packed into one day. As a native Californian, gotta say I agree with you on In n Out - it’s HIGHLY overrated. I mean, the burgers are decent for fast food burgers, fine (again..decent), but their fries are absolute GARBAGE. Give me Fatburger (another CA institution which doesn’t get nearly enough credit) over In n Out ANY day.
Molly, I am with you about the Fantastic Beast series. The first one I liked but the last 2??? NO! I wanted to llike them, but you are correct. They broke canon.
I was JUST there for a solo trip! I did the studio tour a few times at Universal but I wasn’t able to do the Warner Bros tour and it’s now on my list! Thank you for the content. You absolutely need to add Water World to your movie queue! SO SO good!

i agree that a trip to Williamsburg in the summer would be great! You can stay at the Kingsmill (Fancy hotel), eat in taverns, and go to Busch Gardens VA and Water Country USA (Water Park). You will also be super close to VA Beach (maybe 40 min away) and can add in a condo stay on the beach (but this may take a bit of time to book). Anyway fun!

Fun video!! As a Californian, I love in n out but I also think if you didn’t grow up with it, it might not be as good. I remember being a northern Californian and the first time we had the fries in middle or high school in my town, we all were like they’re so mediocre but somehow they grow on you?? Idk now I occasionally miss it living in Michigan. 😂 I surprisingly never had in n out in socal growing up. But I think Freddy’s and other burger places are equally as good tbh.

I totally agree about In N Out. I live in North Texas and my husband and I went for lunch one day when the first one opened near us. At busy lunch time, the fries were cold, and floppy.
I completely agree with you about In-N-Out, and yes Whataburger is loads better. I get hate all the time now that I live in Vegas, but I stand by it In-N-Out is not worth it. I wouldn't wait in those lines that circle around it to get one.

I tried to watch Fantastic Beasts on a plane ride. It was so boring and the characters so uninteresting, I stopped watching part way in. Loved the Harry Potter books and movies though.
I agree Fantastic Beasts movies are bad, I also do not acknowledge them as part of the franchise. As I do not acknowledge the last Star Wars movies.

Walk from the Chinese theater and go into Hotel Roosevelt and you’ll still feel like you’re at Hollywood Studios. Lol
There is also a walk of fame star for Disneyland, located at the entrance of the Disney/ Ghirardelli store by El Capitan

I’m a big Batman fan. So I had a blast in this tour. I took the picture while I rod the bat cycle. I thought this tour was more than worth the cost.
All those people don’t have a star because they didn’t purchase one. They are not handed out like Oscars for one’s merits. You go to them, pay the fee, and you get a star.
You’re right but they have to fundraise the money. They can’t pay for it out of their own pockets.
And I believe they have to be nominated first and have at least 5 years of experience in the area they’re nominated for.
