Almost every popular painted depiction of Jesus having long hair was actually part of the renaissance to make Jesus fit the description the Catholic Church gave him. When in reality he probably just looked like the average person in the area. Short hair was a lot more common in that region than movies today depict it.

Although pieces of art often show Jesus with long hair, this is only due to people thinking Jesus took the Nazarite vow, but the Bible never states this, only that he was from Nazarene.

As some one who olds conservative morals I am concerned that no where in his sermon did he attempt to provide context from Deuteronomy or any other passage he pulled from. Nor did he encourage person reflection on this topic and open the door to further discussion outside of the service. While I think is opinions on the topic are fair I think he try’s to fit Gods word into his agenda more than his agenda into Gods word. It seems his “church” does not encourage personal devotion and meditation. More “listen to me and only me”.

I’m Christian and this is terrible. I grew up in a Roman-Catholic school and church and even the Sisters there wore pants! I believe in a God that states if you are a kind, loving and accepting person you will be admitted to heaven. This “preacher” is full of lies and it gives Christians a bad name.

Men shouldnt wear a three piece suit either because this isn't biblical dress wear. Men in Biblical times wore robes so actually the orthadox and catholics have the correct male dress wear in how the men dress so don't be hypocritical in telling women not to wear pants when men aren't to wear pants either from a biblical perspective. Jesus wore robes and Tunics as well as sandles. (Some churches don't allow you through the door if you have flip flops on. )
Men wore Tunics, gurdles (For running) with robes and women wore dresses as well as robes (Very similar in style only men would sometimes pull the Tunic up to their knees if they needed to run. Women would lift their skirts slightly princess style when stepping over water or running but they would never gurdle that would be quite a masculine look) You would know a woman because (Like nuns) they would have a head covering on.
