I mean yes he is entitled to say that considering how he has heard their song many times. But the realm why so many other idols cover those songs is because they are a harder, more interesting choreography to watch. So it's easier to gain more fans.
They're a great group but idk why, i feel elast did a great job when they performed another idol group song than they're own song... Idk just ma opinion but i feel like that, idk if they're group concept doesn't fit them or anything.. But they're good.
And i don't think they're good enough at transferring energy or charms or feel or something happened in a song. U got it? I mean, they're doing great in dance. But, if u wanna be a performance or singer or something like that. U must be dance with feel and transfer that feeling to the audience so that u can fall in love with them or u can feel and know what story in that song. Aaargghhh idk what to say. But, u know i feel guilty bcz they have talent but another side i feel something minus but i don't know what. It doesn't feel right. Uft
It's okay, they still rookies and lack of experiences, i mean- they're a 16-days group. and maybe because this is a closed performance idk. I think they did great but I respect your opinion.They will improve day by day and cover up those flaws. Even +5 years artist can't guarantee a perfect performance. Thank you for being honest tho ^^ And your other comment, they performed 'Swear' only so you can't judge it like based only one performance...how do I explain it? Maybe we should wait for their comeback or watch their b-sides track performances.(I don't really understand what you meant in the comment so I can't justify it) If you don't mind, check out Wonjun & Wonhyuk 'Don't Flirt' performance. I just love that performance; their vocals + rap, expressions and stage presence are just on point.
