Brother bear has always been my favorite disney film its definetly one of the most underated, Dispite its message that brother figures come in all shapes and sizes. And its topics about love, and loyalty, both traits this film teaches well.
The fact that Joaquin Phoenix does the voice of Kenai makes the movie even more sad because in real life he lost his brother and they were really close
We gotta give Joaquin Phoenix some credit here. In fact Sitka death was cut short because Joaquin Phoenix had emotional breakdown. He even Swored at Aaron because he forgot to cut. Joaquin Phoenix truly does understand Kenai's pain.
When Disney songs transmitted beautiful and deep reflections of friendship or empathy Brother Bear is one of the most beautiful movies of disney and deserves more
