3:06 I have come to realize that behind the scenes Evan has been so creative and having ideas for sketches, fun modes and other sillyness! While ofc it has been a group of friends since the beginning i do think this is the reason why he has become the most successful of them (at least if one measure in numbers).
Also his way of editing his videos in the beginning helped out a lot.

Seriously tho we had the same issue in the Scottish highlands and you’d be surprised just how many are completely unaware how devastating the tattie blight was, always makes me die inside.
Honestly, the good ol’ days of the crew were amazing. It’s very much different now, but the new era of the crew is still just as entertaining. Not your guys’ fault new games coming out all suck, CoD and BF went to trash, promising new titles die in a month, etc. but you still make the best out of what we still have left, and that’s why you guys will always be my favorite crew. And honestly, if I want to get that good feel of a big group coming together and having a good time like you guys used to, I just watch Cartoonz and his friends. Who I wouldn’t have if it wasn’t for Delirious. We all know Vanoss was 1 of the best in the crew due to his natural ability of being funny and very creative, but come on… he wouldn’t be who he is today or have the long lasting funny clips if it wasn’t for you guys. In reality, you guys were truly genuine people and fun to be around, you guys became more open with each other when you play together. So really no one dick rided to get to the top. Haha. You guys just have such a great bond, it’s just content worthy no matter what games you guys play

@@ronaldtavian2449 I go back sometimes too, but I’ve already watched a lot of it if not all of it. I feel if I want to give back to this group for what they’ve done for me in my life, and to allow their legacy to move forward, is to watch their friends’ new friend groups and find more genuine people to watch and help grow their channels. And who knows, maybe a whole new era of the crew will arise out of this. If it wasn’t for Rocky, Rose, and Ghoostie, we wouldn’t have had the new videos of Dead By Daylight, nor would we have these amazing Tik Tok reaction videos if Nogla wasn’t fed up with crappy games🤌 not to mention his effort to make overplayed games fun again by having it modded and how many great videos come out because of that!

Terroriser is and always has been my favorite member of the group. Delirious and nogla are funny stupid. wildcat and Marcel are funny cause of their abrasive personalities. vanos, scotty and moo imo all support the others with what they say and how they act. Brian on the other hand wasn't the best at anything but he was good at everything, has some funny stupid moments, abrasive personality, and his ability to boost others with anything from a good rebound joke to a simple laugh/snicker.

He was the first one to perk my interest out of the group
I think its because for a long time he had one of the lower sub counts, and people really didn't like him for a while because he'd often either be the butt of the joke, or live up to his name of "terroriser" when he wasnt. Now-a-days he's an equally loved member of the crew but he's probably kept that as a joke.

I recently got back from San Diego two days ago and I went to old town. I just started geeking out looking at the places you two went to when Brian was making vlogs back in 2015. I spent all of middle school and highschool watching and growing up on the vanoss crew, but I think terrorizer and Nogla are amazing and always have been, wildcat is great now, basically is hilarious, vanoss gives no shits anymore and it’s great, everyone in the crew is amazing except he who shall not be named 👀

I have been watching you guys since I was 13. I’m 19 now and a sophomore in college. The first person I saw actually was Nogla. I saw him in a jacksepticeye video. Then I found delirious through his outlast videos. And I found everyone else through the good videos. You’ve all pretty much raised me 😂 you’ve never failed to make me laugh in the darkest times in my life

Lanai and Brian's relationship has always been playful hate of each other. They both like to fake blowing up at each other over tiny trivial things whenever they're on camera. But they really do love each other, which is why they're able to do it without it really affecting them because they both know it's a joke.

@@Blackraven6 believe me, this is pretty tame for their normal. They've been going out for a fair few years now, and have shown that when it really gets to it, they love each other deeply. Hell a couple years back they were playing CoD together on stream, a bunch of Brian's viewers were taking umbrage with the fact that Lanai was doing much better than him (which he knows and was proud of her for), saying "a girl is showing him up", and Brian got pissed at them, saying that it was a stupid way of thinking, encouraging her durring the match and saying they need to get a win to show them up. They sometimes play other things together, like dead by daylight, where she even jokes about breaking up with him over him killing her, straight up shouting "We're done!", but they're still together after that.
Brian does have a lower self esteem than the other members of the crew, but that mostly comes from how he's a lesser known, lesser respected (externally, internally he knows his friends respect and love him a lot) member, but he turns that into his humour, instead of taking it out on others, he let's himself be the butt of the jokes. He knows where he stands and doesn't try to be more or less.
Lanai and Brian share the same type of humour: dry and abrasive. If you notice, Nogla acts just the same as Brian was about it, because he also knows Lanai finds that kinda thing funny. Even Moo, the most PG and PC of the group takes on that humour with her. Before she slammed the door shut she likely woulda been smirking and flipping him off, slamming the door on purpose.
If anything, I think those types of jokes are how they avoid the tension, if you get everything out in a trivial, stupid argument that you can both laugh at afterwards or even durring, you're less likely to hold on to any tension, both avoiding legit arguments, or avoiding legit arguments getting out of hand.
I understand the concern, and with any other couple, yeah it would probably be pretty bad, but knowing how the both of them have acted with each other for years, seeing them playfully tear into each other like that, is nothing to really worry about. :)

I love how we called them “the vanoss crew” when referring to them online for years, even though it’s way more than just Evan, and now THEY call themselves that in vids and titles. It’s similar to how even the other sidemen members call jj KSI most of the time in sidemen videos because lots of people used his yt name in comments and in call outs online. Shows you the power of a fan base.
