The story of Ieyasu through the Basara series is awesome. He just started as a weakling, dependant and coward boy unable to stand by his own and always hiding in the shadow of others. He then returned as the man who will unite the heavens using as weapons his own hands, and became the Shogun without running anymore.
JafmanProductions his headbutts are so powerful they can tear a hole in time and space. If he headbutts hard enough he can headbutt a hole into another dimension!!

GD Osman002 Word. Not only is the whole series my favorite, but the intro of the game is... so HAX awesome, my life of making up the Sengoku Period has begun.
Ieyasu potential MvC3 moveset Part 1 Special Attacks Providence Punch (Hold Atk-btn to charge): Similar to Zeros Z-Buster, Ieyasu can hold any attack button to charge a powerful punch to hit the opponent with upon release. If charged for over a minute, the punch will be a one-hit KO, although charging it for so long is both impractical and difficult.
Part 2 Fang Fist (D, DF, F-Atk): Ieyasu dashes forward and delivers a quick punch to the enemy. The distance traveled depends on which button is used. By holding down the attack button after the punch, Ieyasu can follow up with a second punch to knock the enemy away and deal more damage. If you don't use the follow up however, the enemy is left within attack range for more attacks. They have time to block those attacks, but they don't have time to counter-attack or jump away from him. Pressure!
He wasn't even a playable character in the first game and wasn't taken seriously until SB2Heroes. Then SB3 happened and we saw him with awe. He grew up so fast and so many people were proud of him! 🥲
Mitsunari actually ruined his own bonds. He thought of nothing else but killing Ieyasu, driving a wedge between himself and anyone that would ally with him. He would treat them like total crap, which made them think that Ieyasu was a better person to ally with after all, so they would leave him to go to Ieyasu.
The moment he met Nobunaga Oda at the Incident at Honnoji stage, he said that 'I only certain for one thing...you do not belong to this world!' and i was like 0.o...is that all!?!? DAMN! Elaborate the conversation please! but whatever it is, to me, Sengoku Basara: Samurai Heroes is one of the best games in PS3 universe! CHEERS! :D MAY MY FISTS WILL REUNITE ALL!!!
Part 9 Alternative Colors 2nd Costume: White, his hidden second costume from SB3/SB:SH. 3rd Costume: Black with one red eye, color scheme of Tadakatsu Honda. 4th Costume: Purple with white hair, color scheme of his rival, Mitsunari Ishida. Quotes Intro: "Let us unite and form a bond." - "I stand unarmed to offer a challenge!" Winning a battle: "Let us shake hands and fight no more." - "The next time we meet we should first exchange greetings." During LVL 3 Hyper: "May my fists unite all!"
I wish i could see one of my dreams scenes that shows a cutscene between Ieyasu Tokugawa against the resurrection of the Demon King himself, Lord Nobunaga Oda at the final stage at Incident of Honnoji..it would be epic to see them both fighting each other with a cutscene at the start before fighting with Nobunga Oda....Because remember what Ieyasu Tokugawa once said before, he quoted in the game that 'Lord Hideyoshi..Lord Nobunaga..I wish to surpass you both!' and in the end nothing happen :'(
@ringoiero360 Most of Dante's hand-to-hand moves are based on Ken and Ryu's shotokan moves as well as a move or two from Sakura and Akuma: he can do the shoryuken (dragon punch), tatsumaki senpukyaku (hurricane kick), Akuma's mid-air dashing kick, and Sakura's aerial overhead punch.
Part 5 LVL 1 Hyper Combos Allegiance (D, DF, F-Two Attack Buttons): Ieyasu picks up the drill of his trusted guard Tadakatsu Honda and throws it in a diagonal angle upward. Mostly used to finish enemies that gets knocked away by one of his attacks, but can also be used to punish jumping/flying enemies.
Part 4 One, Two, Punch! (D, DB, B-Atk): I forgot the name it has in SB3/SB:SH, but it's the rapid punch attack in his Block-Special Arts attack. In MvC3, it would work as an anti-air. Ieyasu delivers two quick punches infront of him, the first of which can counter airborne enemies. He then delivers a third punch to know them away. Like Earth Splitter, Ieyasu can only follow up with his Allegiance Hyper Combo to continue the attack.
i think mitsunari was still ieyasu's friend, because after he kills him in one ending, mitsunari freaks out, and then begs forgiveness for killing ieyasu

Part 6 Tokugawa Might (D, DB, B-Two Attack Buttons): Ieyasu surrounds himself in a pillar of light which smites his enemies. The pillar has great vertical range, but poor horisontal. Can still hit cornered enemies for great damage or early on during a combo before the enemy gets knocked too far away.
@EnkerZero Ever since I beaten 90% of his story mode and listenting to that theme, I was hoping he'd be in MvC3. Sadly the best we can hope is DLC. ...but hey there's always future MvCs, so let's keep the dream alive! Oh and because of him I dub the game Sengoku Brosara 3.

Same here. Is SW I was more on Mitsunari's side, but here Ieyasu is way too awesome :D
