Look up a tutorial on how to data mosh using Avidemux. It's a really easy effect to do, but you don't have much control over how it looks since basically all you're doing is putting video information through an algorithm. Most of it comes down to choosing clips that have the right type of movements in them.
You need to nest a clip before you change the speed!??! OOOHHHHH!!! That will help me so fraggin much! I didnt come for that piece of information but I am sure glad you added that in the video!
