This story hits WAY too close to home!!! Being someone who has primary dysmenorrhea and suffered for many years with it (wasn’t diagnosed until I was 35 and it started in my teens), you showed how bad it truly can be and how to care for that person. Thank you!!!! This raises awareness that it’s not just “simple run-of-the-mill” cramps. Unfortunately, the only “cure” is a hysterectomy (which I had at the age of 39). Again, THANK YOU!!!!!!

I have it really bad when it comes to my periods the symptoms, the pains ,migraines , and upset feelings it starts nearly 10 days before my periods actually come, and the cramps during it it feels like contractions and the dizziness is something else but i never knew that others have so bad and this is actually so serious. But i am so thankful to the author for helping me understand that i am not alone because every time i explain my situation, like i am the only one who symptoms act up like these but i am so thankful to my husband who is patience, caring ,understanding and so helpful to me, not only during this time but all these .. i really can't see myself living without him ..he is my everything, and i do wish that everyone significant other cherish and respect them the way mine do. Thank you, author, for this amazing, informative, and thoughtful ff. i hope you continue to make more of this kind of work where it helps people to be more aware and help people to grow to better individuals in society.
