My thoughts exactly. The number of hit songs and their wide-ranging appeal throughout the decades is is unmatched. Sir Elton John is a contender for second place. But Sir Paul, he's a worthy King.
I've always been jealous of people that so obviously good at something. Paul never has to wonder about what he was supposed to be. He is a musician. He was meant to be a musician. This planet NEEDED him to be a musician. He has his place in the books now as one of the most important musicians in history. He did what he was supposed to do. No one can convince me this dude was meant to be... a plumber, or a lawyer. Still going too... still writing good songs, still performing great live. If he ever retires, I am going to be PISSED (not likely, I think he loves music too much)
Love when the camera pans to the crowd and it shows so many generations of fans singing along to the song. Paul’s magic reaches all ages, whether 25 or 75…

Paul Mc Cartney is in my opinion the Beatle with the Best voice unequalled and his music arrangements are superb. I hope to hear Paul Mc Cartney during my entire life.
The songs Paul wrote during his Wings period are my favourite ... Even more so than his Beatles period ... From genius to even greater genius ... What a remarkable man.
When I was 17 I was in jail and this song came on the radio the whole cell block went crazy! The jailers ran on the tier thinking that there was big brawl. For a minute our spirits were free. However the jailers turned down the volume.
I was on a work project bus once to pay a traffic fine. We had a (hot) female sheriff deputy driving. For some reason we started singing "I Fought the Law". Then some joker drove by and the passenger hung his bare ass out his window. We said "Shoot him now, they won't find the bullet hole" .A splendid time was had by all.
There has been no one more prolific or of high quality in rock and roll ever! Can you even imagine if Paul never existed? All that great music never made? Bottom line... Paul is the most important person in rock history. just my opinion
Let's just sit back and appreciate what this man has given us over the course of his amazing career, from his time with the Beatles to his solo career he has written and performed some amazing songs and will undoubtedly go down in history as the greatest song writer ever, a musical genius whose music will live on forever. Sir Paul... always behind You....till I die... love from Australia DrEva
Ha ha. Man you have to be kidding!?
His music is so lame...housewife musak.

When I was 17 I was in jail and this song came on the radio the whole cell block went crazy! The jailers ran on the tier thinking that there was big brawl. For a minute our spirits were free. However the jailers turned down the volume.
wow. whcih jail?? in the US?
good story.and the jailer man
Alfonso Munoz jailers were turds 😀😀
I was on a work project bus once to pay a traffic fine. We had a (hot) female sheriff deputy driving. For some reason we started singing "I Fought the Law". Then some joker drove by and the passenger hung his bare ass out his window. We said "Shoot him now, they won't find the bullet hole" .A splendid time was had by all.
Sounds familiar
If I had my choice of a person I'd like to meet before I die, Paul McCartney is #1.
His songs are now travelling 25billion kms away from london. He and the beatles band are now in the inter stellar space
zeitloser Klassiker❤
Easily one of top 10 greatest musicians of all time
he'd be in the top 5 on that list ...
No, he IS the greatest musician EVER!
Paul is the greatest musician of all time, he has accomplished the most, absolutely legendary performer
There has been no one more prolific or of high quality in rock and roll ever! Can you even imagine if Paul never existed? All that great music never made? Bottom line... Paul is the most important person in rock history. just my opinion
...Then STING !!
Grande Paul MCcartney , un gran Beatle , aquí en México lo escucho en Radio Universal 8:8:1 de FM una radiodifusora establecida en ciudad de México .
I have never seen a happier drummer!
His dream come true in McCartney's band
Think about the words of this song as things change every where this song stands out , Sir a Paul really made a song for the people with this
Let's just sit back and appreciate what this man has given us over the course of his amazing career, from his time with the Beatles to his solo career he has written and performed some amazing songs and will undoubtedly go down in history as the greatest song writer ever, a musical genius whose music will live on forever. We salute you Sir Paul.
John--yes, Tony Bennett's passing a few days ago reminds me of all the ones I will miss--am running through my mix to enjoy them all again when I hit McCartney. May hel ive forever! And he will through his song.

Thanks for all the love and support. I am blown away by the love from ya'll. I know these are hard times but with love and faith we shall all see the light again 🥰❤️❤️. Love you 🤗.
One of my first favorite songs. I was a very young music lover. The beginning melody would have me virtually in tears, then POW, THEN we're Rocking! Legend 🤍
One of my all time favorite songs. Missing you Linda and Jimmy!
what a knockout record this was ,,sat up all night listening to this over and over when my mate in Hastings bought this
Saw him play Cardiff in 2009 - one of the best gigs I've been to .
Amazing 👍🤘
I just can’t get enough of this song. I remember it from the seventies but raising kids and time passing by I forgot about it. So glad I found it again. Thank you for posting. Paul is amazing 🥰🥰

I remember I was 3 or 4 and I had trouble going to sleep so I walked in the living room and saw my mum watching this on aTV. I listened to this song and fell in love with it. It was my first song I heard of Paul McCartney and the wings and my first music memory.
twilightrose98 awesome
My first musical memory as well. Reminds me of my mother and I have no idea why....I was barely 2 when it was released.

This is Not My Music I Picked Out.Stop After This Song
I heard this song for the first time when I was a kid. The intro part is just perfect for me and I decided to ask a guitar for my birthday to learn it. Years later, it's still one of my favourite songs to play. Hell, I wish I had 6 arms to play this perfectly lol but yeah, this is my top Paul McCartney songs
Have seen Sir Paul twice....am gonna see him again this spring.....paul is the very best
