My best friend unexpectedly passed away in September and this album couldn't have been released at a better time. I'm sorry you also felt the pain of losing someone close to you. I first saw you guys when you toured with Minus the Bear in 2008 and I have been a huge fan since. I've been listening to this album on repeat and I just want to say Thank you.
What an amazing album, my favorite of the year, and easily a top 5 for the band, Chris Black changed your lives, and ours too, for the better, I can't imagine my life without this band, your songs brought color to many lives that were in the dark, thank you Portugal. This album feels like such an amazing mix of Woodstock/Evil Friends/FTMITC. I love every single song on it. This is probably their best work yet. Thank you PTM for every amazing album you have released since inception. There is nobody like you.

Love how PTM wears the influences on their sleeves. This album is just chock full of Beatles influence and then there's David Essex too. Rock On!!!. Of course the Pink Floyd influence is still there too :) the whole album is like transporting back in time to the early 70's late 60's but adapted for now. So impressive

very CHOICE. & THANK YOU!!! ... it's a more laid back album & songs. last album WOODSTOCK seems to carry over into this and while that was modern via the late 60s', this feels early 70s-ish. love the saxophone parts, Edgar winter, the Paul Williams ending. the production gives me Kanye my beautiful dark twisted fantasy vibes personally in the best way. fave track atm outside those previously released which i LOVE, ;) DOUBT gives me good 70s' Elton John Lennon-ish W/Gilmour,Clapton vibes personally .
