    The trap you are setting up is 1/5th the size the one with the hogs in it! Good luck getting 20 hogs to go in that!

    Wrong! You don't need to push the numbers. A sow is able to breed at 6-12 months, latest data from TP&W says two litters/yr and average size is 6 piglets. My memory may be bad but I would bet money that I am real close. 3 and up to twenty is way off.

      No way wild pigs are raising 20 per litter. 12 to 14 is excellent with domestic hogs with excellent nutrition. And 2 litters per year is more realistic.

    would it be allowed to hunt pigs with a jar of tannnerite in a tin can and ball bearing balls around - like a German S- mine abaut 2 feet in the air - you wait for the pigs to come nearby to eat , shoot the tannerite and see them all go down or bleeding out while running away

    I used to live in that area on Dowdy Ferry Road. Theft around there is rampant. I hope you developed some kind of theft proofing for your electronics, because if someone finds them they will steal them. Good luck too, because I've seen the hogs down there. They're thick!

      Stop the cruelty towards these beautiful wild creatures. At least, fencing off area is better idea than trapping. Adopting a vegetarian diet is better for forests, water conservation, less pollution of ground water and air, can feed more hungry humans, better for health, animals, and planet. Even body builders like Arnold Schwarzenegger agree. Let's be their friends instead of inflicting pain and suffering on them.

    The wild animals are part of the environment, biodiversity, and we are intruding on their territory. Let us respect the other species and their habitats. Stop using excuses to eradicate them. Humans are just as much a pest to the forests as these wild animals. Stop the cruelty of trapping, caging, torturing, and killing these beautiful creatures. Ban hunting, factory farming and slaughter houses. Ban horse parks and golf courses, if it means killing off the wildlife. Go vegetarian and eat rice and beans for protein. Respect the animals and be their friends, instead of inflicting pain and suffering on them. The way we treat the animals is related to how we treat other people. Stop human cruelty towards animals including people. It's related and we're related. Develop some compassion for the animals in your cold and cruel hearts. Let them be, or at least, fencing off area is better idea than killing these innocent animals.

      Are you shittin me? Have you EVER seen what a buncha hogs do to a field in 1 night? And these hogs werent here at all til the spainards and then the settlers brought them

    • @raminkhajavi9513
      @raminkhajavi9513 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@jonathanhurley4055 , o.k. they're not native wild animals. However, they're here now, so how about a fence around the farmer's field, instead of inflicting pain and suffering on them. They're probably good for the soil of surrounding areas with their poop as compost, and as food for the cougars and wolves. Anyways the factory farming and slaughter houses are even crueler, especially since we now know that we can get our protein without killing animals. Even body builders like Arnold Schwarzenegger recommend it. The cruelty towards animals also affects how we treat other people. No wonder there's so much torture and killing going on worldwide. It's related and we're related. For a more compassionate future for our children, let's be friends with the animals. A cruel free diet is better for the forests, and is also better psychologically for a guilt feed conscience, and therefore healthier as a whole, for our mind, body, spirit, and relations with other species that inhabit this unique and fragile planet.
