I had exactly the same issue with mine after they overwintered indoors. I left them outside for a few days while it was mild and with the wind and rain, they were all gone in no time 👍
Hi yes they are aphids thousands of the little buggers, only look at them the other day, they looked fine and when I was pottting about today wow, I said they are outside, lucky the night temperatures aren't dropping to low where I am and have put them next to the house.
Not related but, is the garage lit at all over winter?
Hi, I have the lights on in the garage for 10hrs a night. This past winter due to how much electricity is and only heated to 5°C.
Ugh! Mealy bugs!
Yeah loads of em only took a few days to get this bad, straight outside they went

That's exactly what I'm doing, they are next to the house, weather isn't dropping to low over the next few nights
@@mattsuktropicalgarden Yeah, good idea. We have a 0°C forecast early Tuesday morning up here next week 🥶
Great will keep me eye out for that, I will put em back in garage overnight for that one 👍
Mine was the same after overwintering. Gave it a blast with the hose and also left it out in the rain. What are they, aphids?
