Just a few tidbits…..the director said that this song was written with Tae’s voice in mind. They had Choi Woo Sik, the male lead, who is one of Tae’s best friends to persuade him to do it. I am watching the drama and the song is actually been in at least 4 out of the 5 episodes I have watched. The music is interspersed through the whole show.

Mystical V. This word describes V's vocals. Sweet Night gave us only a hint of V's haunting sweet and mystical voice but this song is the full monty! I think V did a fantastic job. V worked really hard on making this song show the range of his emotions. V is Mr. Romantic!

V mentioned he wanted to do a Christmas song. He said he didn't have anything ready, but wanted to do something. They talked about last year when Jimin released his Christmas song. Did V release one last year too? I don't remember. Mmm. Yes. Snowflower. But Jimin said ...and I am paraphrasing all of this...that V should hurry because Christmas was coming up soon. V said ...I don't have anything written yet....and he didn't. But...here is the tease or prank he had "up his sleeve"...he MUST have already recorded this Christmas song before he left for L.A. I've only watched 2 episodes of Our Beloved Summer since I'm busy with exams, but yes! This drama is blessed to have an OST from Taehyung because Choi Wooshik (the male lead character) is Taehyung's friend. Just like Itaewon Class, starring Park Seojun (also Taehyung's friend) was blessed with Sweet Night. Wooga Squad rocks!
Just fyi Sam the male lead of this drama that you saw in the video is one of V's really close friend. So it's even more meaningful that that Tae sung an ost for his drama.

I've only watched 2 episodes of Our Beloved Summer since I'm busy with exams, but yes! This drama is blessed to have an OST from Taehyung because Choi Wooshik (the male lead character) is Taehyung's friend. Just like Itaewon Class, starring Park Seojun (also Taehyung's friend) was blessed with Sweet Night. Wooga Squad rocks!
