It was obvious that these factories weren't China because they obviously don't pay their workers much; Hence it is far more labor-intensive that elsewhere. To handle the part between each process is extremely inefficient. Human hands shouldn't touch the part except to perform final assembly or QA. I love the use of gloves to fine-tune the machine. Low-tech but it's cheap and it works... That's what matters in the end.

An interesting mix of robotics and manual handling, walking beam furnaces. If this company went fully automated, imagine that most of these people would lose their jobs as these jobs are mostly low skilled.
