Hi Rohit , I have done integration between the virtualagent and aws connect live agent the problem i am facing with whenever i connected with the aws live agent the attachment icon is not coming,can you help me with this

After login screen (7:02) I get an error:
Error loading [WSDL link]:
org.apache.xmlbeans.XmlException: org.apache.xmlbeans.XmlException: error: Content is not allowed in prolog.
any ideas what might cause this or how to resolve it, sir?

I found the original reason why it did not work. I forgot to add the soap role to integration user... After I added it, it worked.
