Sabse effective session 5-7 day par raha jisme Wahe-Guru jaap- jab Guru bolte the aisa lagta main Guru ko pukaar raha tha..Guruji ne tarif bhi ki thi😁. 2nd bhiksha mangni thi, it typical bcz Everyone unknown tha waha, but i did it 😁✊
