At the food trucks in the Hawaiian plate, the container with the tomatoes is the lomi lomi salmon. The other one was ahi poke. Shoyu chicken is typically a fork or chopstick dish. All that being said, we do love your videos.

Kalua pork, laulau, and even the lomi salmon are usually salty. Meant to be eaten with poi or rice which will cut down on the saltiness. Thanks for visiting!
