I noticed this the VERY first time I heard this and on the day the song was released on youtube, that Power of the Beast is literally Everytime We Touch by Cascadia with a faster tempo. I even wrote comment on the music video the day it released. Maybe you or someone else discovered it before me that day. Either way, this is just that.

to be fair, BiB goes for 80s/90s vibes and the original is from 92. Also, it feels that they had to play speed here to achieve this alignment. Callin' it a rip off is maybe too much.
