insane. The only time i've held this pace for more than half a mile is on the steepest long hill in my neighborhood, with gravity giving me a BIG assist.
At my best, standing at 6'1 205lbs, I could run a 6:30 for 3 miles without stopping. After mile 3 it would slow to about a 7:10-7:30 till about mile 5, then I would clean up 1 or 2 more at an 8 mph pace. I could never get under 6:30 no matter how hard I tried. Nice! ❤️🏃
Sir Luis, if you see this I am a college D1 runner! Hope I get to train with you summer of 2024 before my sophomore season.
I desire to be a champion and become one of the greatest. I know what it takes to get there and the difficulty of the plan. But I’m willing to go after everything with pure discipline and belief!
Awesome Marcus! I'm ready, let me know! 🏃🏃🏃

Sir, I am ready. Ready to train, suffer, have fun, and learn!
Very nice.. My PR is 5:13 tho im working on sub 5 minute mile..
Im from Boulder btw.. I only run when im off the kush & sometimes a coors because it makes it epic
Amazing camerawork!
i remember breakin into 4 minutes for the first time... i thought i was gonna die after that run and i came in first place! my coach walked over to me and just said "you can consider yourself a real athlete now" and walked away.
insane. The only time i've held this pace for more than half a mile is on the steepest long hill in my neighborhood, with gravity giving me a BIG assist.
hell yeah heel striker just like me
Even the guy on the person bike was out of breath. Lol 😂
😅 It was a normal day for @mtn_techne
I wish my local track had mountains/hills in the backdrop. very nice.
Boulder is amazing for that, we can't complain!
That’s beautiful man love it 🔥!!! I miss running
I need a community like this 😢
Wow! Hope to achieve this in the next year. My pr is currently 4:31 and I average a 4:49 mile. Currently 19 years old so I have time to improve.
Do it, I'm sure you can make it! 💪💪💪🏃❤️
I was so engrossed with this I burnt my toast. Worth it.
hahaha love it
4:17 insane
I used to play football in SW Colorado. Once you run your first mile to get the burn out it’s the best place to run.
You two made this look effortlessly and both have beautiful/ perfect form. While I don't run like that anymore (sucks getting old) it's a big inspiration . You guys are beasts, finely tuned machines.
Thanks so much!!!! 💪💪💪
Run
2x 1k,
2 x 400m,
and 3 x 200m.
Will make you very very fast
wow! I run a 7 minute mile and feel like I'm almost at full stride already.
Crazy how height really shows the difference. I mean one step is equivalent to about 2-3 of the little guy
I’d be gassed going that pace after one lap lol
Te va a ir genial en la próxima carrera Luis, estás muy fuerte y se nota! esperamos el video de ese 5k, mucho éxito 💪💪
Gracias hermano 🙏
My fastest mile was like, a little above 6mins in high school. I can't even begin to imagine a mile in 4:17! That's crazy!
🙏🙏🙏
