Its a full KW Suspension Kit, so i personally would leave it in, or just have it redone/renewed dont know how to say it but i guess you know what I mean.
Stay away from tbe widebody idea we need a clean build for the M like ur evos what makes ur channel unique is how simple ur cars are and its freakin fast coz they are build right
Mic Raw I’m at 66k now but am going to wait as long as I can lol. Mines a 13 ILB coupe and I do oil changed religiously and I’m on E85 so I should be good. (Knock on wood) lol
The only thing wrong is it doesn't have a good exhaust setup yet. Rod bearings go bad around 80k miles and can last way longer if the owner let the car warm up well before driving. But not worth the constant worry to wait
@@Silas_cv1 You know these engine it is going high rpm and its gaining a lot of heat the oil reach almost 220 temperature oil will lose the capacity so it will became like water that the crank bearing I will not get proper lubrication
@@hussainzada79 ya seems average is around 80k but worst cases are way earlier than that. I agree with the ACL bearings. Super inexpensive and reliable.
I drive a BMW with brembos that throw dust like crazy. Nothing gets it off hands free except Meguiar's wheel cleaner, comes in a clear bottle and has purple fluid in it. I spray it on with a nice coating, let it sit 30 sec and power wash. Blows the brake dust and any grease right off them and makes them look new again.
Bro 2 things I HAVE TO SHARE WITH YOU! first, Owning a BMW might be the best thing, BUT and still the older models such as e36 or e46 is INSANE! I cant even tell you how much you will enjoy modifying one! definitely you should get one! the second, man, you must I mean MUST install a rocket bunny kit on the e92!!!!!!!!!
Lol fucking bimmers everything breaks and a pain to deal with even if you know how to work on them. Never another Bmw in my life after the one I have completely breaks down I’ll just take it to the junk yard and get $50 for it. Hahahaha
Rod bearings and throttle body actuators were a issue for a friend of mine. He did buy a super charger kit from Ess and had alot of fun before he started having issues and sold it..
So weird, I literally just finished yesterday detailing the filthy engine bay on my GTI. Glad I'm not the only one that is so OCD about the engine bay!
Blackstone oil analysis first, if the rod bearings are bad you will know. Throttle actuators are also a common issue as well. I had a bunch of codes thrown because of that, you may have an issue with your actuators as well. Your Secondary Air System is a breather valve under the plenum. Follow the secondary air line from your air intake to the valve. Car needs to be cycled 3 times to know if your codes cleared correctly or not. It may have cleared now, but you won't know until you've driven it a few more times again.
Congrats Devin. M3 rod bearings go out around 60-80k miles. Agreed on getting a new exhaust. Look up Obessed Garage. Matt has had a few m3s. He details for a living.
I'm debating supercharging mine as well once my 335i sells. Harrop is a pretty legit kit that'll give you massive low end torque but ESS or VF will net a little more power while maintaining the same feel below about 3500 rpms.
Try flipping the soap bottle on top when you use the foam cannon. I think it will properly shoot the foam out, instead of you having to shake the bottle
I would say I kind like when things go wrong with. Wait wait wait do you know why ? Because you always find a way to solve the problem and there’s were the action begins in your videos when you start diagnosing things looking for the solution and you’re very patient and persistent so I like that and I learn a lot with your attitude when things go wrong. Hugs from Mozambique 🇲🇿 👌🏽
For a good wheel cleaner try Sonax brand. It works really well, sprays on bright green then chemically reacts and turns purple. Been using it for years now and never disappoints.
Congrats dood!! Incredible to see how far you've come man!! I know all of us and your family are super proud. Keep it up, cant wait to see what you do with the M3. Also if I had to say which car is my favorite I'd have to say it's the evo 10, that car is just BADASSS
Word of advise go get the bottom of the boxs rhino lined. It will save you from the bottoms rusting out as they usually get water on them when washing the shop floor
I liked my e92 a lot until the problem and repair bills added up. I did some of the work myself, but its like a ticking time bomb with its own mind sometimes..Oil filter and valve cover gaskets is annoying too as they go bad...cheap fixes, but the valve cover requires a lot of unbolting stuff and other parts replacements if you're already doing it.
Bank 2 sensor 1 is the precat sensor. Has nothing to do with your cats. It controls air and fuel. Most likely the actual sensor if you're getting circuit codes. It stinks because it's probably running a bit rich to protect itself since there's nothing monitoring how much fuel to spray if the sensor is no good. You could swap the upstream sensors side to side if it's the same part. Not sure with your car - some cars use different sensors side to side and some don't. See if the code moves or just swap in a new OE sensor. Should fix the rich smell and the circuit codes.
Love the M3, Devin you should use the foam cannon in combination with the wash mitt. The more lubrication the better, just a future reference. Especially since you are not using the two bucket method.
take your vin to a bmw service place in the dealer , he can pull the entire history of the car if it was maintained at bmw. ask him for prices to do the bearing and the vanos or just pay for a PPI for content
Do not wide body it. You'll screw up the awesome handling. The manual E92 gearbox had an issue when stopped at lights and you have the clutch pressed up, you might hear a whirring noise. It's normal and unfixable.
I would say keep stock body for a little while and see if you can find someone who could use the area you remove from your quarters if you do go wide body. You have great taste so hyped to see what you do🤘🏽
Simply green is the best wheel cleaner I’ve ever used, super cheap sold everywhere and does wonders it usually comes in a white bottle and it’s just called simply green, try it out
Might need some bunting on the ground to stop the water flowing everywhere you don’t want it when you’re washing. That couch will get manky fast if water gets into it.
that m3 is so damn clean, I need the comp package with the carbon fiber roof. Look up bomiz exhaust, they're hella expensive but the best sounding exhaust for the e92
i wouldnt put a wide body kitt on the bmw i would just get a exhaust and a nice set of wheels i think the wheels what you have on the evo 10 in black would suit the car and the best stuff for cleaning is called bilt hamber auto wheel cleaner it will make your wheels look brand new
Nice! do you have the brand Sonax at your location? if so they have a wheel cleaner thats amazing. It is a spray thats react to the dirt and turns purple then its just to clean it of with power-cleaner. If not the Brand Turtle have almost the same product.
Deffo don’t widebody
My friend has the same exact m3 in the same color with a widebody and te37s. Looks really really good.
dont widebody it please,do a clean look on this one!
U are gonna bring alot of new subscribers with this m3 build bro
hassaan awan fuckin true
Who sells a car with all that crap in there? I'd be embarrassed if that was me.
Its a full KW Suspension Kit, so i personally would leave it in, or just have it redone/renewed dont know how to say it but i guess you know what I mean.
Press and hold the TPS sensor that's located in glove box, that will reset the sensor to the new pressure of the tyres.
Stay away from tbe widebody idea we need a clean build for the M like ur evos what makes ur channel unique is how simple ur cars are and its freakin fast coz they are build right
If bearings have never been done, do them ASAP. Oem bearings only last 60k and since your car is a 08 it’s the worst out of any e9x M3 bearing wise.
Yep, I did mine at 61k and they were starting to show some pretty excessive rare. The peace of mind is totally worth it!

Wheel Cleaner: P&S Brake Buster. Safe on all wheel finishes and safe to use on tires as well.

BTW love those new Work ZR10's
agree. try with a foam sprayer 1 to 5 ratio.

Black BBS wheels, yellow brembo gt kit, recaro Seats, reputable coilovers, and catless exhaust. Keep it nice and simple with reputable parts

powder coating the stock wheels would be sick. A red, black, or bronze would be killer

p&s brake buster cleaner best hands down
Steamers work pretty well to get the clear bras off
Devin look into doing the ACM muffler mod.
Adams polishes wheel cleaner bro!!
