Half a million to cut your commute time in half, I think is the angle. People buying a car for cargo capacity obviously aren't looking at this. People looking to weave through a sea of building-sized trucks driven by people who ARE buying for cargo capacity, all stalled in traffic, is who it's aimed at. Personally I'd rather just have a motorcycle.

2:30 "To me, this car is safer than any other car on the road because it can avoid accidents better than any other car." Highly questionable logic (since some accidents are, naturally, unavoidable). It also does nothing to address what appears to be a complete lack of side impact protection. We can see at 2:21 the chassis has no side impact protection, and when the door's opened at 3:24 there's nothing above the sill. In the case of a side impact collision the door would offer minimal protection, so even a low speed accident (as you would be most likely to have with a city car) would probably result in severe injuries or even death. What kind of crash testing has this vehicle undergone? How did it score?
2:37 "It turns instantly, unlike a motorcycle, which has to countersteer before it can turn to avoid a collision." Highly misleading. The term "countersteer" is used to describe the process by which a 2-wheeled vehicle (e.g. motorcycle or bicycle) turns, where the rider applies steering in the opposite direction which they'd like to go to initiate the turn. For example, to turn left, the rider pushes the left handlebar forward, slightly turning the front wheel to the right, which causes the vehicle to steer left. The countersteering process does actually start turning the vehicle instantly to the left, though; there's no "delay" as the creator suggests here.

Don't be fooled by its tiny size. The car weighs more than most micro cars, and even more than some sedans(!!!). It has NASCAR grade rollcage too under that body. Sure such kind of rollcage still won't really secure you against a semi going over 60mph with load behind it, but atleast you'd probably have more chance to live in that 800hp tic tac than a run-of-the-mill hatchback.

I have ridden with Rick. We took one out for dinner one night in Palo Alto. The car is wickedly quick and contrary to the keyboard design engineers below, it is very well engineered. I remember when we were stopped at a red light. We had pulled up between two cars, each in their own lane. When the light turned green, we were doing 45mph by the time we crossed the crosswalk at the other side of the intersection
It truly is amazing what people will post when they think no one knows who they are. Such lame comments especially from those that didn't pay attention to the video.

Not really. It's top power train is actually as powerful as it's comparable era Koenigsegg (sort of), and rollcage setup that'd make Volvo's safety development team jealous. It even has a longer gearing option to go to 170mph.
