- Shenandoah is classified as an American Western movie (1965), the story was actually during the Civil War.
"Oh Shenandoah", a beautiful American folk song, is as classic as the Gone with the wind theme. - เพลง
Mr. Stewart always gave a noticeable performance his voice seemed to carry a sense of feeling. but to the most touching scene was in this film at the end when he said nothing when the boy came into the church breaks me up everytime
this is one of Mr. Stewart's best movies, a loving father figure.
This movie was a side by side classic with GONE WITH THE WIND, but I've seen this one many times. The power of many scenes in this is unforgettable.
It was the best James Stewart movie ever. One could sense his seniority maturity in this movie. Sadly they don't have it in full on youtube
Agree, it was his best one showing a strong and loving father figure.
The end scene is one of the only movie scenes to ever make me bawl out. Never fail to cry.
That was quite touching moment, 🤗
Amen, me too. Just watching this clip had me bawling again.
@@normash5427 This was a great movie which was underrated.
James Stewart 😊 a beautiful actor & great film 😊 RIP to all the Hollywood greats who have brought so much for entertainment & will always be remembered with love 😊
this film is almost as good as the gone with the wind.
Even better.
So many great actors in this movie! A small scene always stuck with me, where James Best tells the boy, "You're walkin' in tall cotton, boy...I hear tell down in Vicksburg they're eatin' rats!"
1960s were golden era for movie industry, 🕹🎉
Yah The Song Shenandoah is So beautiful 👏👏
Great movie. Thanks for the excerpts.
I remember it in theatres
What a sad movie
If Gone with the Wind was to show brutality of the way to a community, this was to show a sadness of the war to a family. Both are classic.
Just in case y'all don't know it, that's the actor who played Jem in "To Kill a Mockingbird" limping through the door.
Thanks for sharing, 🕹🎉
Sometimes you just have to take a stand for what's right.
Mein Leben lang...bin geboren in 1965....💯💯💯💯💯💯💯
You should go match the movie, it was as good as "Gone with the wind".
Great movie, he tried to stay out the war but couldn't.
Some famous-to-be faces in this.
it is a good movie, and well underrated.
Never saw the movie so I can't really comment.
Watch the full movie, it is worth, and enjoy🍿🎉
I like the best movie is considerations for the interested matters of the first'.
💯 СЕРИАЛ О ГЕНИЯХ - СЛЕДАКАХ | СЛЕДОВАТЕЛЬ ПРОТАСОВ | РУССКИЙ ДЕТЕКТИВ
Battles scenes are from Raintree County, How the West Was Won, Tap Roots (?). Could do without two musical tracks going on at the same time. Heard from reliable source the original script was grittier than the final product; it got watered down. Too bad.
Thanks for sharing. I think It was a great movie at a level similar to Gone with the Wind. You certainly not just watched lots of movies. 😂🕹
