@@kenrodis6865 Hi, this whole process worked on my uncle's phone. If the calendar app asked a pin when you're trying to open it, it could've had an app lock before your phone was reset. You may try to follow the steps again on the video, the main goal is to reset the settings of the phone.

The call 112 worked only but I couldn't drop the phone and I was on call, support team asked me and I asnwer : sorry wrong call and they just drop and keep going thru the long 20min way to unlock this phone and all worked great ,now left to order a new display and just learn to change it to restore the phone in full . Like and comment for support . Worked on 10.10.2023 .
