सूचना के अधिकार का महत्व और बढ़ सकता था पर आज तक RTI activists को जरूरी सुरक्षा नहीं दी गई, और कई ऐसे विषय है जो वर्तमान सरकार ने RTI कि श्रेणी से हटा दिया है,
अभी भी इसमे उपयुक्त पारदर्शिता, और जबाबदेहिता की और RTI ACTIVIST की सुरक्षा अभी भी एक वैचारिक विषय है जिस पर और ध्यान देना चाहिए

Sir, jinaki eik din ji kali kamai Rs.25000/-
hai,wo apne kaale karname chupane ke liye information dene ki bajay 25000/- ki penalty bhar deta hai.
Yahan per RTI fail hai.
Penalty uss PIO ki 6 months/12 months ki salary ke barabar honi chahiye.
