You can use raw sea salt to increase the salinity. Before stocking ask the hatchery to provide you the required salinity seeds, that will solve the problem. They will do all the adjustments.

And do I need to mix more raw salt or is it enough for vanamie shrimp?

You can do that but low salinity added minerals are required based on your stocking density
