Many thanks for the clear explanation of the process. The only issue I encountered was that xcode rejects my Bundle Identifier because I do not have an apple dev account, that gave an issue in the Android Studio (simulating an IOS decive) but somehow it seems to work now. So thanks for this video :)
Right now I am using a Mac Mini M2 Pro. The machine you propose should be enough for development, but it is recommended to have at least 16GB of RAM and 512 GB of disk.
When you modify the PATH var you have to execute the "source" command on the file to reload data. Alternatively, you can also log out and log in again.
Hello I really appreciate that you covered every detail in the video But I ran into a problem with nano, i used nano because vim didn’t work but after saving the nano file and writing flutter it said flutter wasn’t found even though when i entered the nano .bash_profile it didn’t say it wasn’t found. so do think that i wrote the export line wrong before saving it in nano or there is an another problem
Very detailed tutorial, however I seem to get stuck on the VIM part. It just shows an empty terminal without text and I don't get how to edit this in text editor. Can someone please help? (When I use prompt % vim help it also shows nothing
Vim is a bit of a special editor. Use the Mac word processor, simply open the application and open the file you want to edit. Another option if you want to do it via console is to use nano, which is a little friendlier.
@@OnlyWilco The prompt would be nano yes, then you have various key configurations to save files, etc. I recommend looking for a video tutorial here on TH-cam to learn how to use it.
Hello, just a quick question - how's fluttter app dev. Future i should continue learning it in 2024 ? Some TH-camrs are saying flutter demand will be decrease in 2024 🤷🏻♀️
Do your own research, look for the demand for Flutter developers in your region or in places you want to find work. Once the data is obtained, make a decision.
one more thing do I need apple paid developer account to just develop apps and test it on ios for xcode? I am currently learning flutter and don't want to purchase subscription
You're a good man, thank you!
very detailed.
Thx!

I'm glad you it worked! Thanks for watching the video!
Sir, I've a question. Which macbook are you using for flutter ios development? Also if 8gb ram and 256 gb ssd enough?
Right now I am using a Mac Mini M2 Pro. The machine you propose should be enough for development, but it is recommended to have at least 16GB of RAM and 512 GB of disk.
Which IDE do you prefer for Flutter Dev?
I prefer Android Studio.
I have done the PATH variable setup as described, somehow still I am getting zsh: command not found: flutter

Verify that the format you have written is correct, also remember to execute the "source" command on the modified file to reload the changes made.

@@DavidSerranoIO thank you for the fast reply! So the prompt would be nano in stead of vim and then use the exact same command?

flutter is great
one more thing do I need apple paid developer account to just develop apps and test it on ios for xcode? I am currently learning flutter and don't want to purchase subscription
I don't think so, I think you can try deploying it to your devices without having to pay.
Do I need to setup github on macos for flutter to work if yes then how?
That depends on whether you are going to use GitHub or not. It is not essential to develop with Flutter.
