One of the reasons I love wrestling is the real-life backstories of the characters. Like there's murder Bruiser Brody, Jimmy Snuka, Criminals like Mae Young, Bounty Hunters Bam Bam Bigelow, etc... It doesn't matter how mad a wrestlers life was in the ring it seems to be even crazier out. I've never really listened to Motley crew, but their book is amazing. I am still waiting for a freebirds book to knock that out of the park. Every Wrestler is a combination of your favorite rock star and sports star mixed. Like George Best Muhammad Ali mixed with Hunter S Thompson and Ozzy Osborne.
14:26 I kinda disagree. I think WWE has shown that, if booked well, and people are invested, people will boo who good heels, and cheer good faces. We want to feel like we're a part of the show. Drew Mcintyre is one of the most over wrestlers in the world right now, and everyone loves him, but we boo him because he's doing hia job well and we're encouraged to boo him.
