It's not boring. If someone doesn't wanna look at data, why are they watching a weather analysis channel?
Just be prepared and stay safe everyone because my family had to go through hurricane Maria and it was a devastating one.
hope your family was okay
@@alexanderlacroix7713 thanks I had to send supplies from Philadelphia to Puerto Rico before that hurricane hit those areas even my niece lost her house. She's living with us in Pennsylvania.
so glad everyone is safe
2010 was pretty active, and so was 1995, interestingly the SST anomalies look almost identical to those years (Especially 1995) in May right now. 2010 despite being active resulted in no US landfalls, and 1995 had some US landfalling hurricanes like Allison in June, and then Erin in late July early August, as well as Major Hurricane Opal in late September.
I think NYC is going to get a tropical storm on August this year. 💀
I think our waters on the east coast are still to cold to support a hurricane but who knows
@@ArubaOneHappyIsland The colder the water , the weaker the hurricane become.
No I think the water could be warm Not cold
@@DanAndZay oh ok.
@@DanAndZay here on the northeast coast, a tropical storm but we haven’t had a hurricane here since hurricane Bob in the 90’s… we’re well overdue for sure
I’d bet on a hurricane or two taking a trip through North Carolina
Yeah here In Goldsboro nc we are already seeing crazy flooding from normal storms so the hurricane season is looking wild
@@natasharufe5180 Same here in Charlotte
South Carolina. we're due for a major Hurricane I pray not..but 🤷
I said the same on meteomarks channel and he totally agreed. We are way past due since hugo.
@@MrClemsonfan2011 It's a scary idea..but extremely true.... poor Charleston can't handle another Hugo
@@alexanderlacroix7713 hugo was insane. I was about 4 and that hurricane still packed a punch 4 hours inland. I was too little to know what hurricanes and tornadoes was but I remember my parents turning couches up side down and we all got under them because it was bad that night. I seen pictures of the sc beaches and it look like the apocalypse
@MrClemsonfan2011 yes I was 4 to lol.. it sure did and caused bad tornadoes in Camden
Pennsylvania is due
The UKMET is of course from Europe where the EURO model obviously is from as well. So, both models will show a similar scenario/pattern.
How Much Heat Content are we going to see this season
Mom lives on the Gulf and if a category more than 2 hits, she's coming to WV. If a land hurricane hits while she's here and the power goes out we will have generator electricity. My Dad bought it for us before he passed away January this year. Every time I have to use it I think of him.
Just be prepared
Always be prepared. Yes. Always.
Can you include african dust storms in this? I think they play a part in storms in the Atlantic. Thanks. The high pressure in the north Atlantic you point out is called the Bermuda High. I believe it's position is based upon the season of la nina or el nino.
Here after surviving a tornado in Houston 😮 I need to prepare for hurricane season.
What do you think of the safety with taking a royal Caribbean Cruise in late August from Orlando to Bahamas? Family wants to book the cruise but I’m timid considering it will be peak hurricane season…🤦🏻♀️😂
Could we see a category 6 hurricane?
South Florida ?
Definitely south Florida
I'm going to be honest, storm's fire me up! We live in southern WV and we do get land hurricanes here.its actually the hottest town in the whole state most of the time. We have a river that splits the town in half. Kinda want to make like jimmy buffet and take my board out during a Land hurricane and cuss at the river shark's.
In Fort Myers. Not even worried. Not even preparing. We're safe this season.
Would you say Florida has the biggest threat this time? Cause here in Florida no one is taking it seriously
Florida never takes it seriously until it’s a Cat 4 on their doorstep…
@@shalesteel9453 let’s see if the shield 🛡️ will save us this year again
This year I’m taking it seriously cause it feels like weather as we knew it has been changing. Like you can just feel it.
We are on west coast Florida 1hr North of Tampa 1/4 mile in from Gulf water at zero sea level.
Starting preparations now.
It all depends on how warm the Atlantic ocean is going to be and also depends on the Saharan dust from Africa already my dad told me to send supplies so like that they don't have to suffer through a hurricane is always better to prepare ourselves before the hurricane season starts
Also we can’t forget about the I curse again this year Isaac we always get hit by i storms Ian Irma idalia
This year to be possibly the worst in the entire human mankind!!!!
Let’s hope the Saharan sand will calm things down
More trolling of the northeast weather wise from this TH-camr
