My very first team: Pokemon Silver 1. Typhlosion - my favorite starter of these games 2. Croat - because of Brock and his Golbat evolving in the cartoon 3. Espeon - because I couldn't figure out what to evolve my Eevee into and it just decided to in the middle of the day. More useful than Umbreon back then anyhow. 4. Red Gyarados - because free shiny!!! 5. Lugia - because why not use a legendary when you are 10 years old plus it has always been my favorite legendary. 6. My sword team was Rillaboom, (favorite galar starter) Corviknight, Amped form Toxtricity, Centiskorch, Sirfetch’d, (chad duck) and Dracovish, (my favorite fossil). @@yarnia00 no problem, LOL! It's actually a really fun challenge to use un-evolved teams! You do wind up having to over-level just as a matter of course but it can force you to look for alternative movesets and items to use just to give your squad of actual infants an edge in some tougher fights.
@@Poket_gmr Absolutely! I do tend to like a lot of the designs for the base stage mons, but a lot of the time it's for a bit of added challenge. Plus, it's always hilarious to see a Hall of Fame picture filled with actual infants, LOL
there's a surprising amount of Granbull and Walrein representation in this vid. And I'm all here for it. Btw my first game was Sun version back in 2017. With a team consisting of: Primarina Vikavolt Lurantis Wishiwashi Salazzle Solgaleo pretty great team imo and fun fact: Water is my favorite type, so, I guess me using 2 Water types in both Sun and Y (team was Greninja, Talonflame, Gogoat, Blastoise, Heracross and Aegislash) hinted at something.

Nice video, very cool and unique teams! My first Y team was almost the same as yours, the only difference is that I had a Pangoro instead of Lucario. I also didn't breed for a Snubbull with elemental moves and just used the one I caught in the wild. I agree that Granbull is very underrated.

There should be only one A in Alcremie! Empoleon does not start with an I, it starts with an E! Roserade is spelled with 2 E's, not 2 A's! Magnezone is spelled with 2 E's, not 2 A's! The A in Togekiss is supposed to be an E! Gastrodon is spelled with 2 O's, not 2 A's! There should be only one E in Torterra! Overqwil does not end with QUILL, it ends with QWIL!

My latest team (Platinum): Tangrowth, Machamp, Chatot, Weavile, Magnezone, Tentacruel. I have played through Platinum a lot of times (i do 1 playthrough every year since 2017) and use different pokemon everytime, still have enough pokemon (that i like; im not gonna be using Bibarel ever lol) to use for multiple years coming! Pokemon variety in Platinum is awesome
