Given the size and weight of this toy hauler, how often will it be 'offgrid'?

These are very popular boodocking rigs out here in the West. People will use them as a basecamp and take their toys and other vehicles from there. Gas dispenser on board, generator, air compressor, second water pump and sprayer. All that solar. Room to bring toys. I agree they are a big rig for going on too crazy off-road.
