"I am a service management consultant; what this means, in reality, is that I work with organisations to help them efficiently deliver their digital IT services as great experiences.
I've worked with investment banks, the Bank of England, government departments, travel, tobacco, and educational companies, to name a few. I've also published books on the subject and I've a passion for highlighting this as a career path for young people.
