In a separate and larger bowl mix together the flour and baking soda, and salt (optional). Once both parts are mixed, add the flour recipe to the sugar recipe little by little until nice and fluffy, sometimes it needs a bit more flour or sugar depending on how you like them. Add the Chocolate chips and if you wants almonds as well, and put the cookies on a LIGHTLY buttered tray and then put the tray into the oven at 180* C (360* F) Get the cookies out of the oven once they look like a gold-light brown colour. This recipe will give you approximately 20 cookies. Enjoy your cookies! 🍪
