Thanks for the videos, Adam. Just wondering about the JoinVIP group. I saw on the page: "With 6 weekly live calls where we hop in your system and help you build custom solutions." I'll need help with setting up some custom solutions. I know there must be a lot of members. So what's the chance of me getting on a live call during the week to get help? Or is there an email or chat support line?

As a gohighlevel expert, what is your preference for allowing duplicate contacts? A single lead can submit multiple forms during a single web session. Or perhaps you have an existing contact in gohighlevel who is a current longtime customer but they submit a form on your website because they are interested in signing up for a different service you offer. Do you like allowing duplicate contacts? or do you turn that feature off? What is your thought process when determining this decision? If you don't allow duplicate contacts, perhaps that form information gets lost in the process. If you do allow duplicate contacts, this can create confusion among your team and create more headaches down the road (even with the merge contact feature). Curious to hear what you think!
