Seems like Florida needs to be nicer to immigrants since they’re the hard-working ones that are going to be doing a lot of the work on all these places. Now they’ll need to bus immigrants to Florida to start working on this mess. I don’t think anybody’s checking the immigration status of the roofer that works on their house. I know I sure didn’t care.
Insurance companies now look on county property appraiser site to see age of roof, the licensed roofing contractor, permits pulled, and that it was signed off by inspector. They will not insure home without that now. Homeowners in Florida will not be able to get insurance unless roof is replaced by licensed roofing contractor.

Clear these horrible structures off OUR beaches and barrier islands and return everything to its natural state.
