I have a few of the BV “Padded Intrecciato Leather Clasp Bag”! Mine (white, neon yellow, & dark olive) are without the top handle and removable strap. One of my favorite aspects of this “padded” intrecciato is its tight weave- it gives the bag the structure it needs to be able to hold (weighty) contents without loosing its shape! I thought the clutch could be awkward to carry- it is not!

I’m new to BV. Your bag is stunning. She looks simple but very elegant. I love it. My unpopular bag is probably a 2.55 (but for some ppl, she is a popular bag :-)). I have never had a Bottega and Jodie has been grabbing my attention lately but not in a positive way 😆 so I thought I’d check out some other style bags. Yours is just lovely. Nice bag! I have it in the mini size in sage green. I like it but there’s not much room so the magnetic closure keeps opening up. I have to careful arrange my items inside to avoid that. I still love it because it goes with everything and it’s timeless. Yours is stunning and in that size you won’t have a problem with the bag closure.

For some reason it gives me modern spy bag vibes. I like that the strap is removable. I. Not usually a fan of one side handle bags but this looks well balanced. So glad it worked out and you got a deal!!

Beautiful bag! My not-for-everyone bag is actually a line. I have two of the Dooney and Bourke Emerson collection in taupe in two different models. I think it was only offered for a year, so not a big seller. So much fun that there are bags out there for each of us to love. ❤

Thanks for your question. I just weighed it and it is 1 lb, 8 oz. It is heavier than a LV canvas bag, but not too bag for a leather bag.
