    Watch Skateboard in Action:

Sorry if the video is a little long and also took longer than expected to finish. Skateboard is just a little complicated so I tried my best to explain it without going too much in depth causing the video to be 20 minutes long. If enough people want me to make a super in depth guide for skate I will.
But for now I'm going to start working on other Phighting and other games videos

hello, I want to point out a couple of more obscure facts about the moveset that you didn't cover in the video
Offboard Q: casting the ability sets your haste to 25% again. Trust me, the extra haste comes in handy all of the time
E to go onboard: you start with extra movement speed onboard depending on your current haste. For example, walking for half a second and then going onboard allows you to skate at 15 speed right off the bat. At 20+ haste, you start at 20 speed.
Onboard passive: you don't need to step off a ledge for stunts. WHENEVER skate leaves the ground, there's a 0.3 timing window for a stunt. This means you can trick off anything that sends you off the ground, like onboard m2, enemy abilities (medkit E and sword Q for instance) and other more technical examples that I don't wanna cover.
ALSO the passive includes your passive ram: 10 damage every .5 second when you're above 10 speed. Stacks with all the other moves.
Onboard E: you can tap this to ditch the e attack. Also, offboarding while you're above 20 speed converts the extra speed into haste offboard. At 30 speed, you cap at 50% haste which slowly decays back to 25%. You also get 50% haste when you kill or assist
Ultimate: press m1 at any point after the dialogue to trigger your ult early. This is so important because players with more than 1 braincell have plenty time to sidestep out of your ult. The extra half second you save can literally make a difference between stunning 5 people, or wasting your ult and dying
I disagree with the playstyle you mentioned. All bias aside, you gotta be careful if you choose to hard target a hyperlaser: the matchup is very even, and you can easily lose the fight if your on par with the hyper's skill. In pro servers (or servers with very good players), the hyper tend to be near the enemy group too, so it's even more difficult than the examples you provided illustrate.
You don't have to play skate like a vulture too; you can initiate some fights with an offboard combo and leave onboard for your allies to finish off.

yo! I appreciate your guide. I only just recently started playing phighting and took major interest in skateboard and how the character plays, and despite how bad I do with him (probably because I play on mobile with a controller), I want to learn him more, and eventually be able to comprehend what I’m doing with him.
