Instilling sex, violence, bloodshed, lawless consequences in the name of creativity and alpha male driven character is sh**iest thing ever. Arjun Reddy felt organic with character getting scrutinized for his flaws. The scenes in the movie felt natural. Excluding the love angle (Which for me, felt like Stockholm Syndrome). Agreed on most aspects, but Barbell, u missed one major point at 15:25, the call records thing, the villain tells that guy to call on the app if u remember. Basically the Bava gets emotional on seeing the double and makes the call without the app using regular call. Even if u pulled previous records, u wouldn’t find anything.

Agreed that it would have been nicer to have shown some details instead of the excessive focus on Ranbir’s toxicity which was already very well established. Prudhvi’s character was simply killed off like wtf, so random. I think they cut some scenes where there are more details. Probably Vanga had to decide between details and toxicity and he chose the former which brings more money and his policy of Violence. I have nothing against that though. I would honestly preferred a 3hr 45 mins film with complete details and more father son relationship.
Beginning of the movie itself they show older Vijay who tells monkey story. Then itself audience knows he is ultra flawed character. Since school days heroine has feelings for vijay and they both know it. His alpha story just triggers that buried emotion to come back to him. This is animal world same like kgf world. In KGF if we see garuda’s intro he was most powerful than any politician and police force he had his men inside with full security in disguise. Animal world is such there is more crime and less of law. Even factory workers roots for blood. There is big plan for animal park. Vijay’s son with Rashmika and kids with Trupthi. Bobby’s kids with his multiple wives and also new twins born to third wife. There will be many more Ranbirs and Bobbys in future in Animal park spread across different generations. Intentionally Vanga made Bobby’s father accept other religion so that they will have lot of kids and have huge family who will be coming at vijay for next few years. Vijay became animal because of his father. But he will remain animal even after his father dies and wife leaves him. The reverse screenplay mainly because to give that high during interval. Else those action sequences should have been ideally in second half with linear screen play. In second half few scenes and few lengthy convos could have been cut down and given little more time for Bobby’s character building. People love movies because of some high scenes and also the trance they come out of the theatre. Vanga was successful in both, thats why movie is doing good even with its flaws. In future Vanga can easily cut down some unnecessary scenes and conversations and focus high intensity and emotional scenes. Songs and bgm are also good.

I didn't understand why he had a affair with the second heroine if he wanted info he could have tortured her and could get the info about villian. One main thing you forgot was for the first time in an indian movie hero and his sidemen wear headphones while shooting the gun and he goes deaf by the end of the fight. these realistic points made me like the interval fight much more. I mainly liked this fight and music is the main usp. I literally could watch the movie only because of songs bgm and RK's performance. the last song at the climax fight got wasted literally.

This is not an American film Our culture is different And gun is not accessible to everyone Plus at the end it's acknowledged as criminal activity in the movie
The movie may not be perfect ! But it gave a new experience . And i also feel it’s difficult to review this movie and categorise it as a good or bad film as its a new form of story telling which is beyond logics and common sense ! Basically as a film maker i felt the director wanted to do something very different from others and stand out , and in that process he has left out some template rules of filmmaking, and he might not be fully successful in doing that and create that masterpiece but he definitely gave an experience that triggered lots of emotions in each and everyone who saw the film and made people debate about it ! In parts even i didn’t like some sequences in the film but its definitely way better than many templates films we have been watching since a very very long time ! I am pretty sure the director will take all the criticism and do a better film in his next one. Over all there is nothing like a perfect film. Just experience the highs and flaws of the film and move on.

Agreed on most aspects, but Barbell, u missed one major point at 15:25, the call records thing, the villain tells that guy to call on the app if u remember. Basically the Bava gets emotional on seeing the double and makes the call without the app using regular call. Even if u pulled previous records, u wouldn’t find anything.
Why was the Bava invloved in all this? They didn't even establish that.

Agreed that it would have been nicer to have shown some details instead of the excessive focus on Ranbir’s toxicity which was already very well established. Prudhvi’s character was simply killed off like wtf, so random. I think they cut some scenes where there are more details. Probably Vanga had to decide between details and toxicity and he chose the former which brings more money and his policy of Violence. I have nothing against that though. I would honestly preferred a 3hr 45 mins film with complete details and more father son relationship.
Beginning of the movie itself they show older Vijay who tells monkey story. Then itself audience knows he is ultra flawed character.
Since school days heroine has feelings for vijay and they both know it. His alpha story just triggers that buried emotion to come back to him.
This is animal world same like kgf world. In KGF if we see garuda’s intro he was most powerful than any politician and police force he had his men inside with full security in disguise. Animal world is such there is more crime and less of law. Even factory workers roots for blood.
There is big plan for animal park. Vijay’s son with Rashmika and kids with Trupthi. Bobby’s kids with his multiple wives and also new twins born to third wife. There will be many more Ranbirs and Bobbys in future in Animal park spread across different generations. Intentionally Vanga made Bobby’s father accept other religion so that they will have lot of kids and have huge family who will be coming at vijay for next few years.
Vijay became animal because of his father. But he will remain animal even after his father dies and wife leaves him.
The reverse screenplay mainly because to give that high during interval. Else those action sequences should have been ideally in second half with linear screen play. In second half few scenes and few lengthy convos could have been cut down and given little more time for Bobby’s character building.
People love movies because of some high scenes and also the trance they come out of the theatre. Vanga was successful in both, thats why movie is doing good even with its flaws.
In future Vanga can easily cut down some unnecessary scenes and conversations and focus high intensity and emotional scenes. Songs and bgm are also good.

I didn't understand why he had a affair with the second heroine if he wanted info he could have tortured her and could get the info about villian. One main thing you forgot was for the first time in an indian movie hero and his sidemen wear headphones while shooting the gun and he goes deaf by the end of the fight. these realistic points made me like the interval fight much more. Explained well. I felt second half was dragged as well but overall it was good experience. I liked the final fight/song combo. Logic switches in brain had o be turned off for the movie but the feel was high throughout the movie.

The movie may not be perfect ! But it gave a new experience . And i also feel it’s difficult to review this movie and categorise it as a good or bad film as its a new form of story telling which is beyond logics and common sense ! Basically as a film maker i felt the director wanted to do something very different from others and stand out , and in that process he has left out some template rules of filmmaking, and he might not be fully successful in doing that and create that masterpiece but he definitely gave an experience that triggered lots of emotions in each and everyone who saw the film and made people debate about it ! In parts even i didn’t like some sequences in the film but its definitely way better than many templates films we have been watching since a very very long time ! I am pretty sure the director will take all the criticism and do a better film in his next one. Over all there is nothing like a perfect film. Just experience the highs and flaws of the film and move on.

After listening to you, I can totally relate each and every one of your feelings. And this is not even about basic misogyny or feminism from the first half. It's just the insanity of the character in the second half at the cost of actual storyline. The 2nd half could have been so much better.
