Such a raw, beautiful and honest video xx I'm currently vlogging about my journey, day 3 pre-op diet today...I have 2 children who are older and I honestly can't imagine go through all of this with a baby...you are actually amazing. I know you had your baby post op but being a Mum is so hard, let alone all the feelings that go with having the surgery too! Sending you lots of love...please keep being you, I promise, you're doing so good :) xxx
Oh my goodness! I’m in the same boat. I lost 6 stone on my own about 7 years ago. Put a couple on and I’m 10 months pp after our beautiful daughter! Please don’t put yourself down, being a mum takes so much more than I ever realised and I haven’t had any time to exercise and work on me because when Evie is in bed I’m KNACKERED! And I’m SO guilty of gobbling some choc and tea and I Enjoy it! I’m so ready to shift it just like you...but I’m enjoying December and I’m excited Trev d for the new year to feel more me!
Don’t beat yourself up, I’m 21 months post baby and trying for baby 2 but my goodness it’s been a journey mentally and physically with my weight. People say your body isn’t your own when you’re pregnant/feeding but I feel like that’s still the case even now as there just isn’t the time for me to focus on myself. someone said to me that kids don’t look back at photos and memories and think gosh look at the size of my mum they just love us and all the happy memories we make with them xx
Thanks for doing this video. I’m currently 27 weeks pregnant and my first baby post surgery I’m 15 months post gastric bypass I got pregnant at 9 months post op so never got to reach goal and now I’ve gained weight and not feeling comfortable at all in my skin
Proud doing fab and have all the time in the world ❤️ You have a gorgeous baba and trust me, we all need chocolate and biscuits to get us through the day sometimes 😂😍
