Terrific! Great to hear that is such great value 😁 Do you suppose Dreame will send you the L20 for review? At a whole $1K price increase, I'm very curious to know the difference
******QUESTION !!!!!******* CAN YOU USE OTHER CLEANERS ??? If not, why ? Does anyone know if it will ruin the vaccum in any way ? Seems like it's just squiring from container to another container. It's not lubing gears or anything as far as I can tell. Again, I didn't even run it yet, but just my quick assessment. I literally just got mine, set it up, and I'm waiting for it to charge to map my house and I'm watching videos on it in meantime...lol Hope it's as great as the hype !!! Great video though !!! Definitely got me excited to use it !!!!! 😁👍
On my first clean on wooden floors it didn’t enter the 2nd room with carpets even though the setting is on. Any idea how to make it go into the other room?
I honestly was incredibly disappointed with mine. The mopping was not deep enough for my liking (bathroom is dark stone and you could still see foot prints) also would have thought it would take a back and forth path so it didn’t miss any parts of the floor. But it will take a random path and end up missing a lot of the floor. The vacuum function is pretty good but the mopping just leaves me disappointed and going back to mop myself so really not worth the purchase. Not a time saver
I just got one. It cleans very wel and also the carpet. I got a fence in the room because of my dog and little child. I made a ramp at the door opening and the robot finds its way through. There is some maintenance to consider, cleaning the wheels, brush, dust of the sensors, filling en empty the water and cleaning solution. But I think it's worth it. One bad thing. You can see in the app a live link with the camera on the robot. It's funny, you can even record and take pictures. But mine has some stripes on the screen. I think a malfunction of the camera lens.
Oh I see and you're opening shot it looks like a stainless steel metal color. But in some of the other ones it looks like a gold color. Could you let me know what color it is? Because I was really wanting the gold color.
At 3:30 you mention that the base can be hard wired into your water line. But I can only find a kit that costs €155 which does this for you. Do you happen to know how one would attach it to the mains without having to buy a separate kit?
You will need the kit, hence why I sort of glossed over it, I have another review in progress of the switch bot s10 that comes with everything you need to plumb it
@@TechManPat Yeah that's unfortunate. I bought the l10s pro ultra heat. One of the main selling points for me was this point. Didn't realize you'd have to buy something after the fact or come with a DIY solution. Thanks for the reply though!
@@TechManPat Yeah same here haha. Gonna try to try a DIY approach. My water line in and output are rather close by. I may be able to hack something together. I'd prefer not having to pay $199 excluding shipping haha
Hey Pat, I love your videos! excited to see what happens with the 2 gbps internet review that NBN and the ISPs will do. Just had a quick question. What router would you recommend with a budget of $500. Currently I have this tp link vx220-g2v and on 1 gbps plan where I hit 850mbps when I am really close to the router otherwise its like 400 mbps upstairs. This router came from the ISP hence why I believe it obviously wont be the best. What would you recommend for a router to get such speeds with some distance. as the house is 4 bedder (270m^2 building) but my room is directly above the router and still just getting 400. thinking of also adding an access point possibly I will be doing ethernet but just for wireless devices like the phones and tablets I want to maximise lmao. Thanks for your answer!
Thanks for the review.
Thanks Pat. Appreciate the honest reviews.

The video is great and all information are includes but it would have been even better to compare it with the l20 Ultra.
Gotta get my hands on it haha

Damn. That proprietary detergent dispenser is a dealbreaker for me.
Just gotta get the mix right, if too thick might be an issue too foamy could be an issue too
Is this has No zone options?
how do you connect this to the drainage?
It come with all the adapters goes under a sink

I thought that the LS10 pro ultra was supposed to be a gold color on the metal? Is that incorrect?

@factitiously good question, depending on the light it’s goldish I think you will find it’s more so than silver
@@TechManPat okay cool! Thanks so much!
Just bought this robot for 580.- Swiss Francs🤗🤗

@ArfusLeonel yeah I didn’t find anything in the box when I was testing, only to find out it’s another accessory

@ArfusLeonel let me know how you go. I just got one today and want to plumb it in.
Do you need wifi for it to work?
@@anjas9287 don't know but it's very helpful because you mainly control your robot with the app
Yes
