- Mumbai is known for it's unique street food and this dish is one of them. You've seen grill sandwich, cheese sandwich, double decker sandwich even triple decker sandwich but i am sure you haven't seen a dal sandwich. This Sindhi version of sandwich is very popular in Zaveri Bazar area of Mumbai.

Very different and unique.
No doubt itz very good n tasty, i have already tried it. Its was street food only and he was wearing gloves. As in this corona times we have to be little careful, as he is not wearing neither mask or anything. Don't just judge someone by saying, street food is not for you if u don't like unhygienic practices. Old times were different now.. Times are different. Educated ppl and explain them.. In polite them. I am sure evryone understand this. So keep eating n enjoying!!!

You can do a public service by teaching the street vendors not to handle "cooked food" with their unprotected hands for maintaining good hygiene and sanitary facilities. In general, raw food before being cooked can be touched by hand but once cooked must not be touched by open hands. It does not cost much to get simple serving or cooking tools.
It's street food dude, if you need cleanliness and stuff then that's not for you. There are alternative around Hanuman gali area. His clients don't mind the way he prepares.
That's why people don't buy them
What if people come from bathroom and handling these good food

It's a paste of coriander, mint leaves, green chilli, perhaps ginger and garlic. Its v common in Indian diet.
