3:31 a ferox could easliy do it, its just as strong as a rex, especially if you give it a good helmet. honestly a ferox is better then a rex, while it can get fear roared, its way faster, more mobile (can chain super jump, climb walls, and travel via jumping while over encumbered), its stronger (same stats but dosent gain speed so it has more investment into good stats also higher attack speed) and it can boost itself even more with addiction,only problem is that it cost 1 element every 11-13 min to use BUT on maps like extinction or genesis or if you have 2 element gacha, that isnt that bad. its main weakness is that breeding is expensive and that its breeding is currently bugged but once the bug is fixed, it will be insane. while it cant use a saddle, it can use a helmet, and while a helmet can break, a helmet can have INSANE amounts of armor and if it has insane amounts of armor, its durability is probably insane too so you shouldnt have to worry about it breaking anytime soon unless you use and face tank with constantly or fight a giga/arthro/theri (gigas high damage can break armor more quickly then normal and theris especially with arthros, do increased damage to armor dura)

When you are to get mutations with a bloodstalker,if its’ white name it Ghost since bloodstalker with imprint are pretty fast and can be hard to spot in pvp so yeah.
I just though what would make the x mutations mean more... they should do something based on their element. So fire is stronger in ice biome weaker in ocean ect ect
The volcano gods did not like your sacrifice of bloodwork so they tried to make short work of you in the eruption but it didn’t work so they sent their lava balls down from the heavens to smite yo ass XD
Hey Syntac! The best way to get magmasaur eggs is with a kangaroo (to get past everything in the cave) and then use a grappling hook and parachute to leave the nests once you pick up the egg. I don't know what's up with their AIs, but the magmasaur doesn't seem to aggro on you immediately every time, sometimes it will just ignore you. Also, they're pretty slow and cannot climb so once you make it out of the nest crater you're pretty much good to go.
I am not sure on your server, but ours, we can build in the cave? Build a metal room on that ledge, and the volcano won't kill you, if you are in it. Use tek turrets, to tear up those magma's, and grab one.

I highly suggest that you use spinos to do the higher difficulty missions, especially in the swamp, I have been destroying missions in the biomes because of the high dps and great maneuverability on two legs, cheers, and keep it up Syntac!
With the first mission's demonstration of a Rex's crappy turning circle, my preference for spinosaurus in bipedal mode is firmly cemented. I also like the ARK additions deinosuchus. They may have a horrible turning circle but that speed-turn attack (like sarcos have) counters it to the point where deinosuchus are very broken
When you raise the magmasaur make sure you get a good amount of ambergris which can only be found in the lunar biome on like pointy rocks because the babies only eat ambergris to grow up but when they are an adult they eat like stone and stuff and you need it for imprints and btw love the vids keep it up
You know there is a easy way to get out. First find the egg you want. Second you get ready to teleport. Third you grab the the egg just when your about to teleport to a new location. Oh and LOVE you vid btw 😁

The bloodstalker has a cooldown on pulling creatures in, but if they die before your spider touches them there's no cooldown sit on a beach and harvest jelly fish and trilobites all day
Get a x-Magma golem, the magmars cant hurt you on that. And have a magmasaur with saddle so so you can jump on it and ride through the volcanic eruption.
I lost a carno the same way. You can't really dodge them, when you think you're going to dodge it, it already hit you. There's like some desync, or the blast radius is waaay too large.
You should never tempt fate. Now that you've asked what else can hit you, Wildcard will create something else just to fall on your head. Also R.I.P. Bloodwork.

I got hit by one on my bloodstalker, I managed to survive just but the damage it did to my bloodstalker caused it to eat me, it then proceeded to eat me three times while I was trying to save it from an allo pack, ended up having to kite the allos away from it to save it. longest hour of ark i've ever played lol.

Megatheriums are good for the snow mound mission as they can hit everything around them with their slam attack. It’s also easier in a group.
